For FREE... I'll show you how I found peace and purpose without religion, gurus, or spiritual fluff
(And how you can do the same)
Nowadays I feel immense peace inside of me. As if I was microdosing on psychedelics.

But it wasn’t always like this.

Throughout my life, I’ve experienced the lowest lows and the highest highs you can imagine.

From full-blown nihilism, depression, and even suicidal thoughts...

To pure joy, peace, and blissfulness.
It was going through those extremes repeatedly, back and forth, that allowed me to figure out how the mind works.

And after years of trial and error, I was finally able to stabilize and align myself.

I found inner peace, purpose, and direction in my life.

And I've helped countless people do the same.
I'm confident that if you take the principles you'll learn on this page seriously, you'll get there too:

-Even if you feel completely lost and directionless

-Even if you're stuck in depression, numbness, or apathy

-Even if you've tried everything and nothing has worked

-Even if you doubt there’s a real solution for you

-And it's perfect for those of you who are uncertain about where to begin
I've put many hours of work into this page.

What you're about to read is truly special.
(Especially as you get closer to the end.)

And I want to give it to you for free.
But why?

Because I’m doing an experiment. I want to see what happens if I open up completely and give an insane amount of value for free.

I'll shut down this page if I don’t like the results.
So read this while it’s still up.
The only downside is because it’s free… 90% of you who land on this website won’t take it seriously and skip it.

In fact I’m certain 90% of visitors have already left and you’re among the 10% who are still reading.

So do yourself a favor and just imagine that you paid $888 for this “Ultimate Happiness & Meaning Course” on my website so you can take this seriously.

Because paying is what gets you to pay attention.

And it ain’t that long to read.

SO NOW PAY ATTENTION.
There are 3 pillars to find inner peace, purpose, and direction in your life:

1: Earthly Anchors

2: Navigating the Self

3: Cosmic Quest
Let's begin.
1: Earthly Anchors
99% of people who feel lost, depressed, or meaningless are just humans who live shitty lives.

The foundation of being at peace and finding purpose is hitting a sufficient baseline in the three earthly anchors of life:

Health: A healthy man has a hundred wishes, but a sick man only one. Your body is a temple. Health (especially gut health) heavily influences your mood and how you experience life.

Financial freedom: You need freedom of choice. Of what you want to do, when, where, and with whom. Otherwise, you’re a miserable modern slave zombie.

Love & Relationships: The spark of life. We’re social creatures. Family and friends are what can make life worth it, fun, and memorable.

Every human on Earth needs some minimum level of these three.

And you won't be able to correctly explore the "spiritual" side of life unless you're genuinely content in these areas in your life.
How much you need in each area depends on your desires.

Be sincere about how much you desire and go for it.

Whether it's $5k/month or $500k/month.
Whether it's just being in decent shape, or having a Greek God physique.
Whether it's having one good friend or a huge family of 10 kids and a massive network.

Focus on the three Earthly Anchors until you reach a level that genuinely satisfies YOU. There's no universal answer.
Don't lie about what you truly want. That only gets you stuck and hurts you.

Don’t feel guilty for having big goals or small goals.

You are the way you are for a reason.

Live that life.
Don’t waste much time overthinking or philosophizing about life before you hit your baseline. That's a dangerous trap you probably already find yourself in.

A lot of people who get into spirituality, religion, or God are just trying to escape the pain of lacking health, money, or relationships.

They aren't genuinely interested in discovering the truth about reality.

And even if you think you are: You can't feed a hungry soul with an empty stomach.

So focus on your earthly anchors first.
Ironically, once you meet your baseline and fulfill those desires and needs, it becomes 1000x easier to find the truth about reality.

That's when it makes a lot of sense to start diving into spirituality, religion, philosophy...

But focus on the earthly anchors first. Health, money, and relationships.

In other sections of my website, I’ve already explained in detail how to attain them.

Later you can head back to the homepage and read about it.

But right now, it’s time to shift from the outside world into your inner world.
2: Navigating the Self
How well you understand yourself will determine the outcomes of your life.

And the first thing you need to understand better are your real desires.

Most people waste their lives chasing borrowed desires.

A borrowed desire is something society (the internet, family, friends, culture…) says you should want.

Like a certain body. A certain income. A certain lifestyle.

Few are those who are pure and can look at themselves without tainted glasses to see what they genuinely want to do with their life.
Almost everybody has been contaminated with ideas, opinions, and notions of right and wrong. And this has tricked them into living a life of borrowed desires.

The first problem with borrowed desires is that they’ll block your evolution. Because you’re not following your natural path.

You'll live your life but end up nowhere meaningful.

The second problem is when you chase a borrowed desire you’ll face immense resistance that will drain you.

Working to achieve borrowed desires is much harder and depleting than working for the things you genuinely want.
Maybe your borrowed desire is to have 6-pack abs...
Or to make $50k/month...
Or to have a super hot girlfriend...

You’ll force yourself to put in the work, to be disciplined, to be consistent…

But you’ll fail.

Again, and again, and again.

Maybe sometimes you’ll get glimpses of success. You might even experience a winning season.

But eventually, you’ll crash back down and have to start all over again.

Sounds familiar?
I’ll tell you a truth you might violently disagree with:

Discipline, motivation, and willpower are all crap.

They don’t work long term. They won’t get you anywhere meaningful.

You’ve been lied to.
Discipline is like Santa Claus.

You’ve heard all the stories.

You can describe it in detail.

But that doesn’t make it real.
The truth is you can only do things when you truly desire to, or when you absolutely need to. That’s it.

You can’t force yourself to do something you don’t genuinely desire or need.

Desire example: If you like going to the gym, you’ll stick with it. If you don’t like it, discipline won’t help. Sooner or later you'll quit and you won't achieve meaningful results. So don’t bother.

Need example: If you need to go to work to survive, you’ll go to work. You don’t need discipline. You’ll go no matter what because your survival depends on it.
The idea of discipline is built on the assumption that you can force yourself to consistently do something you don’t want or need.

But that doesn’t work. That’s not how humans are.

You can’t force yourself long-term.

And you just have to sincerely look around to realize that.

Haven’t you noticed that you are “disciplined” with some things, but not with others?

That's because doing things has nothing to do with discipline. It's about whether you desire it or not. Whether you need it or not.

Forget the stories you've been told. Just look at what actually happens in real life.
All this doesn’t mean that effort isn’t required when you chase your genuine desires.

Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods, Steve Jobs, Jeff Bezos, Pablo Picasso, Beethoven…

These people worked intensely and obsessively.

BUT THEY WERE NOT DISCIPLINED.

They were consistent because they had strong and genuine desires.

They were really serious about what they wanted to do with their lives.
Some of you might be wondering: “What should I do if I just have simple desires?

Stop judging yourself. Do whatever it is that you desire.

No matter how small, dumb, or insignificant it is.

Admit what you want, and do it.

Once you get real with yourself and start doing what you truly want in life, you’ll evolve.

Your mind will clear. You’ll align yourself. And from there, better desires will emerge. Deeper and clearer ones.

But if you keep chasing borrowed desires, you’ll stay stuck forever and you’ll experience all sorts of negative emotions.

Don't waste your life. Do what YOU desire. It's YOUR life, after all.
There's a lot more crap society will try to fill your brain with. Not just borrowed desires.

Ideologies, philosophies, opinions, perspectives, attitudes...

These masquerade the truth of reality. They give you a false sense of meaning and certainty, but they actually are the source of your misery.

Culture is an operating system that when left unchecked does more harm than good.

In the same way you need to be mindful of what you put in your stomach, you have to be mindful about what you put in your head.
I'm sure you'll agree that if you were to eat pizza, doughnuts, candy, ice cream, and soda every single day, that would have a negative impact on your health.

What makes you think it's not the same for your mind?

Don't you realize that just being exposed to people's dumb opinions on a daily basis has a negative effect on you?

Whether it's on TV, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, or whatever.

You're filling your brain with their crap and becoming a cultural slave.
Most people are extremely incompetent and have no idea what they're talking about.

They just regurgitate ideas they've learned from others.

This gives them the illusion of wisdom.

But they barely understand anything at heart.

And even when people learn things from real personal experience, their "lessons" are often biased and poorly reasoned, or miss the full picture.
I'm not saying there isn't people out there who can help you.

Of course there are.

But it is such a small percentage.

Few are those who will truly understand you and your situation and offer proper guidance.

Like 0.01%.

So be extremely picky about who you choose to listen to.
Also, trust yourself more.

Most people are waiting for others' permission to do things. They are waiting for someone to tell them "This is what you should do" or "This is the truth".

And although there are some select individuals who could help you, you can also help yourself.

And you'll do a better job than 99.9% of people out there.

If you've had enough attention span to read through my whole website and watch some of my YouTube videos, you're probably smart enough to figure out your own answers.

Reclaim your innate authority.

Be your own guru.
There are practical steps you can take to cut off society's influence on you.

First one is to properly curate your social circle, which I've already covered in the "Relationships" section of my website.

The second one is to curate your "online life".

I'm a big advocate for cutting off most of social media. That's the biggest culprit nowadays.

It's making a lot of people dumb in so many ways I can't even begin to describe.
Here's what I do:

On my phone I have no Instagram, no Twitter, no Tiktok, and no Snapchat. And I have an alternative Youtube app that doesn’t have a homepage, shorts, or recommended videos.

Obviously no phone games.

I don't have notifications on.

I don't even have a wallpaper.

This is what my home screen on my iPhone looks like:
And this is my Android phone:
On my computer I have no videogames.

I have a browser extension that disables Youtube’s homescreen and hides the suggested videos columns.

Same for Twitter.

And I don’t use Reddit.
Cutting off these things will do wonders and will make it easier for you to start listening to yourself more.

It will also help you improve your attention span.

Increasing your attention span is one of the best things you can do both for your mental health and your personal development.

Working on your personal projects without modern distractions will increase your attention span.

And I personally think it will make you smarter.
Reading also helps. Find books that you’re genuinely interested in and read them.

Don’t read what you’re supposed to read or what others say you should read. Only read what you’re genuinely curious about.

It’s like movies. If you watch a movie that you’re not interested in, it’s a dreadful experience.

If you watch a movie you’re interested in, time flies and you’ll remember everything. You won’t be able to stop thinking about it. Same with books.
I also generally avoid listening to too much music. And I almost never listen to podcasts.

Nothing matches the levels of depth you can reach in silence. Whether it's creative depth, intellectual depth, or spiritual depth.

Being bored sometimes is important. It will lead you to ponder important things in your life that need revision.

Having productive inner monologues is crucial for self development and discovering the truth.

Listening to stuff 24/7 makes it more difficult and less efficient.

You don't have to fill every single second of your life with entertainment and pleasure.
The second reason I'm careful with what I listen to is the hypnotic effect words have on you.

For example, rap music usually is violent and sexual.

If you believe listening to certain lyrics isn’t molding your worldview, you understand absolutely nothing about the human mind.

The same is true for any podcast or video you watch.
But we still have one problem.

Even if you start listening to yourself more...
Even if you cut off bad influences from your life...
Even if you stop being heavily influenced by the internet and social media...

You still have a lot of conditioning within you.

You've already been exposed to society and culture for decades.

And that has already shaped your mind in so many ways.
With enough time, sincerity, dedication, and desire, you can undo a lot of damage.

But I want to present something extra that might help you accelerate the process.

What I'm about to present is something that has been an integral part of my personal development, so it would be insincere of me to not share it.

Although this is only for the most adventurous of you.

And the fact that I'll present this option does NOT mean I recommend it.

This is not a prescription; it is a description.

Proceed at your own risk.

(If you're not interested, just skip ahead to section #3 of this article)
There's something in this world that can rip wide open the "operating system" in your brain.

It lets you see your mind and thought patterns clearly.

It makes your cultural and societal programming obvious.

It reveals how your mind actually works.

And helps you declutter it.

And that is psychedelics.
Psychedelics can give you a 3rd person POV of your own mind.

It can help you temporarily drop all of your beliefs and see them for what they truly are.

Which then makes it very easy to get rid of the useless and irrational ones.

And to uncover your real self. The one who's hiding under all that social and cultural conditioning and programming.

You won't achieve all that with one single trip, but overtime it's doable.

(Psychedelics can also be used for spiritual/religious purposes. But that's not what I'm going to discuss here.)
But as helpful as psychedelics may be, they pose a few problems/challenges.

First of all, as Terence Mckenna used to say: "Psychedelics don't work on stupid people."

It might sound harsh and derogatory, but it is the plain truth.

I have met countless spiritualists and shamans who have done dozens of psychedelic rituals and ceremonies, yet they have the biggest egos I've ever seen.
They're still massively culturally conditioned.

They're still emotionally damaged.

They're still blind to reality and themselves.

And they're still very, very stupid.
The reason why psychedelics aren't the ultimate answer to all problems is because psychedelics usually magnify your core nature and predispositions.

I've met dumbasses who took 20x times the normal LSD dose and just said:

"Yeah, bro, it was crazy, that was sort of spiritual, I guess".

Then I've met others who take small doses but it seems like a whole new universe of insights opened right in front of them.

Whatever is inside of you will determine what you get out of psychedelics.

It's like money: If you're stupid before having money, you'll remain stupid after getting money.
Ironically, the people who often get the least out of psychedelics are those who are obsessed with getting something out of them.

Because they're doing psychedelics with egoic motives.

They do it not because they want truth, but because they want to be cooler than everybody else.

They want to feel all-mighty.
Psychedelics often mislead this type of person.

They're so eager for insight that they latch onto the first thing they feel.

Funnily enough, it’s common to come out of a trip feeling certain about some deep truth, only to later realize how mistaken it was.
What makes psychedelics challenging is you can’t truly control the trip.

Once it starts, you’re no longer the driver. You’re a passenger, drifting with the current.

The more you fight it or try to steer, the rougher the ride gets.

You have to let go and flow with it.
A lot of people also do psychedelics "wrong".

They do it with the wrong people around them, they do it in the wrong place, at the wrong time, they consume way too much, they don't do the proper prep and post...

And this can often lead to having bad psychedelic experiences.
There's a lot more I could say, but all in all, you can see that psychedelics can pose all sorts of challenges and difficulties.

For some individuals, it can be dangerous.

For others it can be great.

If you're that rare individual who can avoid falling victim to all these problems I just described, and you feel certain about doing them, go for it.

If you don't, that's fine. Don't feel bad about it.

Psychedelics can be a shortcut, but you can get to the truth without them, too.
3: Cosmic Quest
I want to dedicate this final section to those of you who are interested in deeper truths.

To those of you who understand that attaining health, money, and relationships is just the tip of the iceberg.

To those who often spend their time researching spirituality, religion, and God.

And to those who’ve glimpsed behind the curtain of reality and realized there’s more than meets the eye.
Honestly, there is so much that I could say here.

I could go on to explain to you that you're not who you think you are.

That you're not your mind or your thoughts.

That you need to awaken from this illusion of self that you find yourself in.
I could teach you what I've discovered after spending years deeply studying the Bible, the Qur'an, the Bhagavad Gita, the Tripitaka, the Tao Te Ching...

And the real messages behind them.
We could dive into more new age / "esoteric" stuff.

And talk about Thoth, Zoroaster, Pythagoras, Plato, Aleister Crowley, Manly P. Hall, Vadim Zeland...
I could share what my spiritual mentors have taught me.

Some of whom were personally mentored by Anandamayi Ma, Krishnamurti, Osho, Sai Baba, Neem Karoli Baba, Papaji...
I could explain in detail meditation techniques, rituals, and practices that supposedly could help you awaken.

And explain everything I learned since I started meditating when I was 6 years old. (Photo of me below)
We could even tip our toes into Vedic astrology, Tropical astrology, and Chinese astrololgy.

Even numerology.
But I want to be completely honest with you:

At a practical level, I doubt all that would help you.

It would mostly just be intellectual masturbation.
It would give you the illusion of feeling more awakened and closer to the truth.

And I'm sure inevitably you would even feel a sense of pride about it.

Because now you would "know" more than most people.

But at a practical level, it would probably do very little for you.
And I'm not saying that condescendingly.

I'm not assuming that you're not capable of putting spiritual knowledge to good use.

I say this because even Buddha himself wasted years of his life with these things and eventually realized it had gotten him nowhere.

If it didn't help Buddha, what makes you think it would help you?
Let me tell you a part of the story of the Buddha that most people seem to ignore:

Before Buddha became Buddha, he was Siddartha.

Siddartha realized that suffering was universal and inescapable.

And he wanted to find liberation (enlightenment) for himself and others.

So he joined a group of ascetic monks whom he thought could help him find the truth.
These ascetic monks were very extreme.

Sometimes they would meditate for 24 hours straight...
They would eat one grain of rice a day...
Drink their own urine...
Sleep on thorns...

And much more.

Siddartha did everything they told him to do.

He studied and followed every instruction closely.
But after 6 or 7 years of being with them, Siddartha realized he was no closer to enlightenment than the day he began.

He realized that everything he had experienced during those years were temporary illusions of progress.

No real progress had been made.

No permanent change had happened.

He was still at square one.
So Siddartha left.

He was desperate for the truth and didn't want to waste more time with useless techniques and instructions.

Siddhartha thought for a while, then sat under a tree, and said to himself:

“Even if my flesh and blood were to dry up, leaving only skin and bones, I will not leave this place until I find a way to end all sorrow.”

Now it was either death, or enlightenment.

And when he reached that level of desire, seriousness, and sincerity...

Only THEN he reached enlightenment.

It was not a technique or a practice that got him there.

It was desire, seriousness, and sincerity.

It was his inner state of being. His nature.

Most people are just interested in being ascetic monks. They want to learn about spirituality as a party trick. They want to seem sophisticated and profound.

Few are those who have genuine hunger like Siddartha had.

But that is the pre-requisite and foundational piece to attaining what all scriptures talk about.

That is what is needed for liberation.
And honestly, this applies not just to enlightenment, but to everything in life.

Whether it's attaining health, money, or good relationships.

You may have realized that throughout this entire page I've mostly been talking about desire.

That's because desire is what's truly needed to get anything.
Even though in the other sections of my website I taught you in detail how to get in incredible shape, how to make good money online, and how to build an incredible social circle...

You won't get any of it unless you genuinely and seriously desire it. No matter how well I explain it to you.

And the bigger your goal is, the more intensity of desire you'll need.

It's also only when that desire is there, that you can be helped effectively.

Hence the classic quote: "When the student is ready, the master will appear."

Because it's not about the teacher, it's about you.
That's the reason why I closed my private community and now I only focus on 1-on-1 consulting.

I have noticed that those who are serious seek 1-on-1 help.

They don't waste their time with communities, comments, or posts.

They directly book calls, or mentorships, or want to meet in person.

And that's the sort of individual I want to help.

Those who are serious about getting somewhere.
If you're interested in my help, there are 3 options you can choose from below.

And as you saw on my homepage, I can help you with a lot more than just "spirituality".

Whether you're facing one specific problem or many, I can help you uncover the truth and find the right solutions to reach your goals.

Which option is right
for you?

Frequently Asked Questions.

Do you accept crypto as a payment method?
Yes. Send me a DM on Instagram @oliverpau and we'll set it up.
Do you offer a refund or guarantee?
If you're genuinely not satisfied:

· For the 60-Minute Consultation Call, I can give you a refund right after the call.
· For the monthly mentorship, you can request a refund within the first week.
· For the "Fly Me Out" option, I can only refund you before I book the plane tickets.
What’s the best option for me?
· If you want quick, focused help, the 60-Minute Call is great. It's my most popular option, and I love taking these calls. They’re fun, practical, and helpful.

· If you're looking for in-depth, ongoing support, the online mentorship is perfect. It gives you the time and tools to make great progress.

· The "Fly Me Out" option is for those who want a special, personal experience with me face-to-face.
Do I have to prepare something for the 60-minute call?
Some people find it helpful to write down their questions, key points, or topics they want to discuss. This way, we can make sure we cover everything and make the most of our time.
What kind of results can I expect from the online mentorship?
It depends on what you need help with. But most importantly, how much effort you put into it. For example, I’ve helped people go from zero to $10k–$50k/month in business. But this only works if you put in the effort. I can’t guarantee results if you don’t take action.
How long does it take you to reply in the online mentorship?
I reply quickly. That's why you're paying me. Just be mindful of time-zone differences. I need to sleep and attend to personal matters sometimes.
Is the mentorship a 3-month minimum?
No. We can do one month, or as long as you need. The longest someone stayed in my paid mentorship was 22 months. You can cancel anytime.
What if I’m not sure about the “Fly Me Out” option?
You can book a call first to see if it’s a good fit. But if you’re doubtful, don’t do it. Trust your gut-feeling.
Are the living expenses included in the "Fly Me Out"?
If you're in a major city with high rent, like San Francisco or New York, they’re not included (because it would eat up the $20k). But if you're in a more affordable area (like Southeast Asia or a similar location), it’s included. Message me on Instagram @oliverpau or book a call to discuss specifics.
